We provide replacement service for free if the user finds any damage in appearance or hardware, poor performance and other defects within 7 working days after receiving the product.
Within the product warranty period, Longjun provides free repair services. If any product is sent us for repair, it will be repaired and returned to the customer within 7 working days after the product is received. For the products beyond the warranty period, we provide manual repair services, only charging the customer for the cost of the component for replacement.
Longjun promises that we will respond to any feedback for service from customers and provide solutions within 24 hours upon receiving such feedback.
We will keep a targeted service inventory of the products with the same models as those purchased by customers, to meet their emergency needs for service.
